Do you struggle to stay focused? Or are you constantly feeling tired or fatigue? These could be signs of stress and anxiety that you’re currently experiencing and is affecting your daily living. Fret not, as you can now join Vishwa to learn amazing breath work practices like alternate nostril breathing and deep breathing that can help calm your anxiety. You will also learn a very basic Pranayam which is a helpful in ensuring a balanced blood pressure, sound sleep, a better immune system and more relaxation to your mind.
