In need of a quick boost of confidence? This session takes you through simple yet effective dance movements to calm, ground and energise the body while transforming your mind. Learn embodied techniques that regulate the nervous system so you can thrive with confidence. At the very least, have fun while moving to cool soundtracks! Dance experience is not required.
