The Problem

ChemStationAsia reached out to MindFi regarding a comprehensive solution to help improve overall wellbeing within the organization. They needed a solution that could track overall user data and employee wellbeing scores over time, and preferred a provider that could also provide masterclasses & therapy to their employees.

Although CSA is a large organization that is comprised of both blue and white collar employees, their focus was placed on empowerment of the leadership team so that leadership cascades down to the respective departments.

The Solution

ChemStationAsia procured a 6-month wellbeing package for employees in.

In this package, employees received Premium Access to the MindFi app with use of a private, company-only Circle forum. They also enjoyed an Interactive Masterclass and an app-powered Mastermind Challenge.

Lastly, employees were able to book one-on-one coaching and counseling with MindFi’s diverse network of therapists, coaches, counselors, and more.

The Results

MindFi’s wellbeing package helped ChemStationAsia build a precise understanding of how employees were faring in terms of their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, plus sleep quality.
