What nobody tells high-functioning men: feeling a quiet flatness or irritation isn't a sign of weakness. Here is what that ache is trying to tell you.

Life Coach
My name is Ian. I spent 20 years working inside family businesses. With my father. My cousin. My uncle. Different businesses. Different dynamics. The same weight underneath all of them. What I kept seeing, in myself and in the men around me, was the gap between how capable we looked and how lost we actually felt. Performing well. Carrying a lot. And slowly drifting from the version of ourselves we had intended to become. That gap is what I work on now. I work with men who are somewhere in the middle of a life that looks fine from the outside but feels uncertain on the inside. Men navigating real pressure at work. Fathers who want to be genuinely present at home and are not always sure how to get there. Men asking quietly, often for the first time, whether the way they are living is actually the way they want to live. What we work on together starts with understanding what is genuinely driving your stress, your frustration, or the feeling that you have become someone you do not fully recognize anymore. From there, we build something practical. A way of leading and living that works with how you naturally think and what you are already good at. This is not therapy. It is focused on the future, grounded in action, and built for people who are ready to make real changes. I bring nearly six years of dedicated coaching experience, an engineering background, an MBA, and certifications from ICF, Erickson International, and Gallup. Before coaching, I spent those 20 years across automotive, health and fitness, manufacturing, and trading industries in North America and Asia. On a personal note, I race BMX with my daughter. We compete locally and travel to other countries to race together. It is a constant reminder that time with the people who matter most is something you protect, not postpone. My hope for every person I work with is that they can lead without disappearing. And show the people who matter most what it looks like when someone stops performing and starts living. If any of that sounds familiar, I am glad you are here. Booking a first session is just a conversation. That is all it needs to be.
